Thanks! I'll try to be a good family member. Do I have any responsibilities, like watching the kids or anything? I make a mean enchilada casserole, and of course, awesome chili.

Ron

Ron,

Congrats, I just read this thread for the first time, but I've also seen this (your) car, and have met Wes. You got one hell of a deal! The market is soft, and you won!

Wes, I really do hate that you sold your car. I'm sure you had good reason. (bent frame, knocking rod, etc.) Just kidding Ron!

I certainly hope you will stay in touch and hopefully place another order for another Unique. Hope to see you again.

LMAO Brent!

Sorry, I couldn't help myself! At and before the time you replied to Ron in this thread he and I had shared MANY emails and I fealt I knew what he was about. Then he posted, with out the help of the 'smiles' faces to set tone and you jumped him! I got such a laugh out of it because I know where you are coming from. Here is one of our own, not only a Cobra owner, a CC member but a Unique owner to boot and some 'newbie' makes a post like that! Had the shoes been on the other foot, I may have done the same thing! I knew, at least beleived, Ron was for real but how the heck could you know!

So , when he bought the very same car, I just couldn't resist

Ron, Brent has one of the finest examples of a Unique that will ever be know to mankind. And yes, he really is a nice guy

I have little doubt that with a little forum use tips (I know I needed them, and before any one posts in reply, still need them) that Ron will be a good addition.

Ron, you have some of the best responding in this thread. Good people.

Rick

Oh! Of course Ron, nniets, you have to do something to be a good family member. Just like any.

Shelby makes a mean chili. Ron makes a mean chili.

Coincidence?

Can we dyno the chili? Have a chili cookoff? I think mine will make 626 HP and 551 torque (for you Kieth)!!!!

Rick, I saw that, and I have to say it offended me. But you'll have to discuss it with me privately to understand why .

If she truly offends you, then I will have to post more of her!

Right, but that's not the only reason I'm offended.

Hey Ron,

Have you worked out the delivery as of yet? When do you expect delivery? My offer to drive this beauty up still stands.;-)

Yeah Coan, I arranged the shipping. Didn't you just put 500 miles of test drive on it on Sunday? Some guys are never satisfied. (I'm going to be satisfied someday, but not for a couple of weeks. Heavy sigh...)

Hey Rick, the secret of high performance chili is red chili powder - you use it like nitros, the more you use, the more horsepower you get. Truthfully, I'm a lightweight - I like my chili mild. Cars are different, they should always be hot.

Wes had told me about Brent's car, almost in awe, so I looked at the pictures. It tis indeed a thing of beauty. I doubt he's a serious owner though. (Gotcha...)

Are 12 days up yet?

Ron

Hey Ron,

Nah, just under 10. I checked. But, man, it sure felt like fewer than that. Have fun!

Ron, That was a good one.

Maybe we will meet at Homecoming, Pigeon Forge, or somewhere. I will buy you a cold one as a peace offering

Wink

Coan - Just ten miles?!?! I guess I owe you a couple of hundred. When will you be in Arizona next?

Brent - I'll take that cold one. Thanks, man!

You've all been very cool.

Hey Rick - thanks for pointing this one out. This has been a lot more satisfying than last months disaster. (That's an off-line topic.)

Wes - you've been awesome. Wish I could shake your hand.

I'm staying up way too late surfing and reading this stuff.

How do you use those stinkin' smilies?!!!!

Ron

No problem Ron! It looked like a nice car at a great price!

Smiles, when ever you want to insert one of the smiley faces, just click on the one you want and it will insert charactors in you text that once you post, will change into the smiley of choice.
