Hey Wes,
Why are you selling? Don't tell me Freddie, Ron, and Brian have needled you so long that you have to have a SPF!

Hey Coan
I think that Memphis spf group kicked me out of the club. Or maybe I forgot to pay my membership fee.
I'm selling just because ready for something else. However my wife doesn't believe that’s a legitimate reason.
You need to get off that fence and get into a cobra before you get to old to enjoy it!

Wes,
Hate to see you selling your car .
Hope this doesn't preclude you from Homecoming next year (probably a stupid question if you sell your car).

I'm tryin', Wes. I'm tryin' real hard. Workin' two jobs to get to that point. Speaking of "points", I'm stuck on a fence post and can't get off. If I could sell the Tahoe we'd be talkin'. I have planned a trip to the Weavers all summer but just can't get around to it. Those jobs are keepin' me busy, but that's good. Moves my fence jumpin' up that much more. Maybe things will change in the next couple weeks.
Good Luck with your sale.

Does anyone know this car? Wanna tell me anything about it, like was it ever wrapped around a tree, burned to the ground, or served time in Iraq? How does it compare to other Uniques? Do clouds of smoke (from the engine, not the tires) follow it around? Are there any noises in the engine that sound like the Dallas Cowboys moving a truckload of chains? How radical is the idle? Does it scare all children, or just the small ones?
Seriously, I'd appreciate any comments that anyone would care to make.
Thanks!
Ron

How about sending an e-mail to the owner or asking him to call you. That seems like a better plan than asking if it is a burned, wrecked, smoking piece of $hit. Considering the content of your e-mail I doubt your a player anyway.

Ron, Wes has an extremely nice car and he is a class act. I hate to see him sell, we will miss him as a member of the Unique family. Maybe he is just bored and wants to build another beauty? I hope so.

Thanks Steve, that's exactly the kind of input I'm looking for.

This car is awesome. I have a time set with Wes see it again tomorrow. The Tahoe hasn't sold but I've paid off a different big note. We'll see..... I have told Wes not to wait for me so in all fairness, it of course is fair game. I believe the new owner will be very pleased.

Nice Car.
Ron,
I can tell you being a happy, former Unique owner and knowing what it takes to build these (every nut & bolt and time), its a great car for the money and then some. Just adding up the price of a new dlx pallet kit, + all those nice parts listed above, body/paint, etc... (not including the time you will avoid to search/find parts, build it, and and sort it out yourself, etc), its a great car. Can't go wrong with that. Looks really nice too! I will always be a big fan of the Uniques. The company, history, and sort of the unspoken bond between Unique owners out there. Some of the best Cobra times I had were in my Unique!

Wes,
I've waken this morning with a hollow feeling in my gut. Since I'm not pregnant, I can only summize that I have non-buyers remorse. Is there such a thing? Hold that thought, I'm gonna be sick........

rdorman, yes I think Ron has a deal in place with Wes.
Wes, not last night, but Sunday after we left your home and the home of my college buddie, we ate down the road from you at El Porton. That was good stuff.
You know, if you were to hold onto it for another 8 months........ it think it'd stay close to home.

Wes, you're definitely doing the right thing, possibly the rightest thing you've ever done. Trust me, I wouldn't lie about a thing like this.
