Before you guys get all carried away, lets review the facts. who ever wins this bidding war will end up in court, dealing with the x-wife. I know, I have and x-bride too ( should never have shown up at the alter that day, every bad move) so bid with your head, your are only paying the correct price for only half of the car.
I want the car so my son can chase me around, my bid is now $30,001.00
And we did'nt see the trailer yet.
All bids are subject to full disclosure.

Just to keep you honest, I'll bump the bid for the package deal to $32k.

Bill,
His wife is an early Christmas present to Chappie. Please note she comes with a "no return or refund" label.
Did anyone hear the door slam as Chappie ran through?

Chappie, I thought you'd converted to Mormonism ?
Think positively, you'd be half owner....you're NOT a divorce attorney are you?

So if you are REALLY interested, why not discuss offline with the owner of this car?
Seems like this thread has gone off topic.

John,
I've sent several private messages to the owner and have not received a response. Maybe he's the one not REALLY interested?
Totally understandable under the circumstances and while under fire.

Dan,
Then maybe a phone call is in order if you're REALLY interested.
It is truly a beautiful 289.

Someday, it would be really cool if folks remembered that the For Sale Forum is for selling cars and not an invitation to hijack a thread.

Updates?
FIA#9,
Is the car still for sale or not and what is the purchase price?
If it is still for sale and you are truly interested in selling the car, please post or email standalone close-up pictures so they can be forwarded to others that may be interested. Thank You.
