Period-correct 428FE engine with dual quads--professionally built, tuned, and maintained by John Vermeersch at Total Performance. Engine has original FE block and all new internals including: aluminum heads, hydraulic lifters, dual Holley 600 cfm carbs, forged pistons, mechanical high-flow fuel pump, original brass fuel log, etc. A complete engine build sheet will be provided to the buyer. This muscular powerplant develops approximately 450 bhp and 450 ft.lbs. of torque. It's completely dialed in, hooks up easily, and will electrify you every time you drop the hammer. Power is transmitted through a Tremec TKO gearbox. Extras include: wide rear tire option, show-chromed factory wheels (they look terrific with this paint scheme), chromed fire extinguisher, Superformance floor mats, Superformance Car cover, stainless-steel quick jacks, hardwood steering wheel, and Cobra badges. The convertible top, tonneau cover, and sidecurtains have never been used and are still in their covers. This is a fast but very streetable machine.
