Don,
It looks like a great car, although at 6-2/240 it isn't for me. I am looking at building a Coupe in the future and the HDR is on the research list.

Could you tell me how much this car weighs? Please, not an estimate. Or, do you know how much it would weigh without all the GT creature comforts. I'm looking for a known weight of the complete car either with or without the comfort bits. I can make a swag (scientific wild a$$ed guess) from there.

Thanks and good luck with the sale. Somebody will be very happy with it I'm sure.

I'll check on the weight and get back to you. If you are thinking about building a coupe we offer the HDR coupe in roller form. If you want a turnkey HDR does build the best on the market in my opinion. You can check out the roller on my website. www.classicroadsters.com

Don,
Thanks, I'll look forward to it. I have always been impressed by what I've seen/heard of these cars although admittedly not in person yet. I'll be building whatever is next. More time than money if you know what I mean. Besides being able to make it exactly what I want and all that good stuff.

Silverback,
Thanks for the offer. The research continues. Please email or pm me if you want so we don't waste space on Don's thread.

Silverback, I'll be sure to hijack every Shell Valley cobra for sale and see if I can't get them to buy my product. It's sure nice to have a for sale area on here just to have someone jump in and try and sell something else. If you're so proud of Shell Valley products start your own thread. By the way the HDR roller that I sell will seat a 6'6" person. I actually pay Brent for a banner ad on this site to promote my products.

Don,
Thanks for the weight and additional info. I will definitely keep it in mind. Hopefully I can see one in the coming months.

fwiw, The weight is pretty close to the real world completed car weights I've found for the FFR Coupe.
