Reply to: Gary Osborne & Potential Buyer
Hi Gary, sorry for the delay, I was offline most of the day.
To answer your question, Jay mMcArdle, a good friend of the Brown family, lives in Virginia and has volunteered to hauler their Cobra in his personal enclosed trailer to the new owner anywhere in the 48 States, for FREE, as long as the asking price is met. Please note that this feebie was NOT added into the price of the car, nor is it a negotiating figure... it's just Jay trying to help the sale along with his own time, money, euqipment and fuel. A very commendable favor for him to offer up like that!
I'm sorry for not getting to you earlier Gary, but this afternoon another prospective buyer called me and said he is working out the details to purchase the Cobra. He had contacted me a few days ago and called me yesterday as well. He mentioned he was going to call back, so I'll give that until tomorrow to play out if that's OK with you. Then if that time frame passes, tell your buyer if he is willing, that Jay is ready to roll and he can have his new Cobra at his doorstep within two days if he wants! No charge.
Craig will want to give the car a final check over and close full inspection before it leaves as well when a sale is finalized.
/Randall
