For Sale: 427SC Hurricane Cobra, 1967 roadster replica. Ford Vermillion Red/white stripes/ black pinstripes. NEW CAR WITH 500 SHAKE DOWN MILES. Under the hood: FE 390, Edelbrock combination of aluminum RPM heads, intake and hi-performance cam and lifters with Comp Cams roller adjustable rocker kit, and 750 Edelbrock carb (highly qualified mechanic estimates horsepower at ±450); Duraspark electronic ignition, all-new accessories (water pump, distributor, alternator, et al.); aluminum high-volume racing radiator with high-volume fan; Haywire wiring harness and sensors. Drivetrain: McLeod flywheel, clutch & pressure plate; Wilwood hydraulic clutch assembly, new Tremec 500 TKO 5-speed transmission. Suspension/brakes/wheels: 4-wheel QA1 adjustable, chromed coil-over shocks, 4-wheel 11" disc brakes; Wilwood pedal assembly and master cylinders; adjustable Mustang II-style front uppers and lowers (new). Ford narrowed 9" rear end, 3.25 gears, with 3-link adjustable control arms and panhard bar, Moser axles. New Vintage Wheels and new BF Goodrich rubber. In the cockpit: black vinyl dash, seats, door panels and carpet, original Cobra hardwood steering wheel, Classic Instruments gauges. Other stuff: everything on this Cobra is new... and it runs and handles superbly! Very nice red paint job. The doors and trunk are weather-stripped, with a tight seal; carpeted trunk; new ceramic-coated headers & sidepipes. Less than 600 miles. Complete photo album of build. This is a keeper. $41,500.
