Era#593 Well Known Cobra For Sale

OK all you dreamers, one of the best known Cobras on the internet is for sale on Ebay (Item# 260023364471). I have over 30 highly detailed photos showing the quality of this build. Like most things in life---you generally get what you pay for. Cobras are no different. Buy a low end car---get a low end resale. I think most readers of this forum will agree that ERA builds one of the best cars available. You can see this car at www.csxinfo.net or at www.cobracountry.com (It is the car that opens the site) but for reasons unknown the color was changed to orange (yech!). You can also go to www.gasholes.com (now that's prestige!)
Turk did a great job on this factory assembled ERA car. As GM of a Chevy dealership he had unlimited access to the body shop and the quality of the paint and the straightness of this body shows it. Powered by a 528HP 427 S.O. engine, David Kee Toploader Trans., and a Jag IRS it is one incredible car! This kit cost over $41K less drivetrain, paint, wheels, tires, etc. Buy a great car for a fraction of the build cost. Turns heads everywhere it goes, multiple Show winner.

Michael-Thank you for the kind words. I took a chance on selling on Ebay and think that is a waste of time. One sure gets a lot of "interesting" comments.
I think I will shoot a few more outdoor shots and repost the car on Cobra Country;that is where I saw it and I think Turk sold his aluminum car there as well.

This is a terrific high quality car that performs flawlessly-----but everyone wants to spend $30K. You get what you pay for--

However, once Labor Day comes (to Ohio anyway) open roadsters are more difficult to sell.

I recently let my ad on Cobra Country lapse and disappear. I got a few offers, financing seemed to be the chronic problem for most folks, shipping costs were a factor as well. E-bay never really crossed my mind...

I would use a TEMPORARY e-mail address for your ad on Cobra Country. You WILL get a TON of "Nigeria calling" e-mails. Which I found SO irritating for that reason alone I'm considering NOT using Cobra Country again (even with a temporary address).

Dandy Don - Your car is beautiful. For a high-end car such as yours, I agree that Cobra Country is the way to go. Ironically, the Club Cobra scene is full of bargain hunters and cheap wods - ask me how I know.**)

All it takes is "ONE" buyer in the end to appreciate your cars value - keep the faith and best wishes!:)

Is it too late, or is still for sale. This is the time of year in south east Texas when an open top roadster will sell. I could not find any good pictures.

Thanks in advance.
