Cobra for sale

I am by no means an expert on these cars as this is my first one. The description is from the previous owner.
Car was built in 02 and has only 3100 miles on it. It is an Allied/Everett Morrison 427 Kit and is a 351 “Q” code automatic. Has the Mustang rack and pinion, Jaguar rear end, and 4 wheel manual disc brakes. The engine builder specialized in Pantera engines.

I have put less than a 100 miles on it. What I know it needs:
1-Brakes bled or inspected. Does not stop, as it should.
2-When putting gas in, it takes it very slow.
3-Leaks some tranny fluid.
4-Needs the turn signal switch replaced in the column.
That is all I know of.

I am asking 25k for it.
