No story to this one..
..it is simply a replica that someone apparently chose to call it CSX3198-R.
CSX3198 is the Harr Ford Dragonsnake...so it sure isn't a "lost" car.
and this car sure isn't a replica of it.
That particular car was sold at Monterey this past August for $41,250.

Interesting note about the CSX-R number:

When an unscrupulous salesman found a Japanese buyer dying for a real Cobra, he
quickly stamped a CSX number in to this chassis and passed it off as the
real thing. The look and feel were so good, that it wasn't until the
Japanese owner showed the car, that he was informed his very expensive new
toy wasn't worth, more than 20% of what he paid. Without another serial
number on the car, the vendor had no other choice, but to stamp an R in
the serial number signifying that this is not the real Cobra it once
pretended to be.
