Thumbs up Armando's racing oil pans

Big thumbs up for Armando's racing oil pans.

http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Flats/1624/

With less than two weeks my wife tore the pan off the Cobra. I called Armando and with in a week and a half the pan was at my door on the day promised! Beautiful pan with as much capacity as Aviad or Canton plus MORE ground clearence than both and at $389.00 (for my cleveland) a bargain. He made up a 8 quart road racing type pan with a center sump and trap doors to keep the oil at the sump, windage tray and scraper. Even included the new pick up and reinforcing brace plus hardware less the pan bolts them selves. Mine is yellow zinc coated but it usually silver coats the Cobra pans at no extra charge. The guy can make a pan for anything!

I would highly recommend him to any one.

Armando did the 9 1/2 quart Aviaid style pan for my Sideoiler and I can attest that the workmanship is superb.

Very nice guy to deal with, too.

Default Yes and aren't they

Yes my wife does drive the car. She is first to admit that she is a better passenger than driver.

Armondo worked for Aviad for over ten years. The pans are very similar, but at a much better price. I was in a bind and he dropped what he was doing to get my pan done first. The pan fit like a glove (not the OJ type). I didn't even have to remove the starter to install.

I just got my GT40 pan from Armando yesterday.

The welds, & quality of the product looks great.

I set it onto my block for a "test fit" and it is a perfect fit.

It came with a custom pick up, a dipstick tube, fitting for drain plug and temp gauge sender.

I am very impressed with it.
