Jinx,
I can understand your frustration, I too had an experiance with Jet Hot on my first Cobra. We went round & round, phone call's, filling out claims with Fed X, everyone passing the buck. The big kicker was when I e-mailed them photo's of the damage and proved to them that it could not have done after they were coated (nice and shiny Dents!). The man on the phone told me then I must have sent them to them in that condition and in that case they coated what they recieved................ and if I wanted them to repair them before coating I should have sent a note. Duh! If they are damaged in shipping or at there facility how am I supposed to know. What an idiot! Most company's take more pride in the qaulity of work that they turn out. Nobody would spend that kind of money on dented and bent pipes.
I don't know about you, but I enclosed a phone number for a contact if they ran into any prolbems. NEVER HEARD A WORD!
I am getting steamed just thinking about it, and that was 6 years ago!!!!
This time around I went to Stainless Specialty, big differance.
Good Luck, and stay on them as long as you can, you may have beter luck than I.
