Cool

Another vendor for all types of coatings is AirBorn. My side exhaust system is now in the process of being coated and have not heard of any difficulties with their process:

Thumbs down

A friend of mine had good luck with Jet Hot a couple of years back so I thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately, I did not read this thread first.

Basically, Jet Hot LIES to customers. I was told last week that my pipes were complete and ready to ship. They were supposed to go out either Thursday or Friday.

I found out today (after speaking to a different "customer service" rep.) that they are still "in house" and they can't even tell me what stage they are at - or if they have even been started yet. There is always an excuse like "Everyone is at lunch" or "the computer doesn't tell me what is going on".

What really makes me upset is that I have left requests FIVE TIMES to call me. They have not returned any of my calls to date.

The only phone call I have ever received is when they wanted my credit card number. WOW! That's a surprise! It has been exactly a week since they charged my card - but they can't tell me the status of my order.

I don't know about you guys - but I would be fired if I did that to a customer.

Go somewhere else if you want customer service.
