Jim, Good to hear. Did the check go through?

Funny how this Doug guy at the beginning of this thread never posted again. Did you ever talk to him?

Wow,......never thought this thread would come back to life. Sorry, havn't been on the site for a little while.

Iwould be interested in who or where dumbfounded got his information. I last reported back in March of 2007 that he was sentenced t0 46 months. Some members with good information explained to me that with a federal sentence you pretty much serve your time not much chance for getting off early. When I checked my link for inmate locator it has hime listed as release date of June of 2011, just checked it again and it still has the same date, so thats all I have to go on. Would love to verify what dumbfounded has heard.

And yes bstuke, the check did go through but thats all I have ever seen so far.

Thanks....... Jim

Thought I would bring this up one last time since I spoke with some folks at London. Sure doesnt seem like over 4 years have passed since all of this started.

Got notified by the Federal Bureau of Prisons earlier this year that this fine gentleman was released to a Community Corrections Center and then scheduled to be released as of June 9th 2011. So if all went well that means he has been released and served pretty close to his 46 months, (did not look up what month in 2007 he went in). I truely hope all goes well for him and he makes the best of his second chance and does not fall back into his previousley ways. From what I understand he is a very talented engine builder, and knows what he is talking about.

Good people there, they stand behind their product.

I actually received a check through the court system from Kent for $374.00, about 7% of what he owes me, but hey its more then I ever thought I would get, just hope they keep showing up every few months.

Just about got my RUCC built, so then I will be able to leave this behind me faster once I get the Cobra running.
Guess he got out of jail. Did you ever get a judgement against him? You can take that and a Sheriff and go "shopping" at his place for anything of value up to the amount he owes... It's amazing that so many years later you actually got something, congrats on the persistence part...

Isn't that's where CSX rollers we're built until they increased the hourly wage, just asking.

Wow, I just read through this whole thing. Could you post a link to the other topic you mentioned?
