Tim, I haven't even thought about this guy for years. I tried everything I could think of at the time to find him but I never had any luck. I'm amazed how these guys can just dissapear knowing they still owe money or product to a customer. I think he still owes me a couple of roll bars but I wrote it off so I haven't given it much thought. I hope someone can find this guy and make him repay all those that are owed. I wouldn't hold my breath though.

Mastertouch George Cochran
I see many negative comments on the forum about George Cochran not shipping products paid for or taking months to years to ship items .
His business was Kustom metal works . Now it is Mastertouch . I was thinking about placing an order with him and was wondering if any one has any experience with him lately . The last post on the forum was back in 2005 .
Any information would be appreciated .

Yes, seven years Mickmate, seven long years. I'm going to keep everyone posted now. Let's go George. Time to keep your word with your new company.

That's a shame, I had to chase up an order I had with them and also a couple of friends orders. The Club Cobra advert generated a lot of orders they were having trouble keeping up with. I used the number on their website and was persistent and they came through. It was a couple of months not 7 years thankfully. Stay after it and keep us posted.

George built me a set of SS sidepipes last year, took him about 5 months from order to deliver which is still longer than advertised but I got them and the workmanship is excellent. He also incorporated a small scoop to catch air on the inside (not visible from a side view) which even makes them run cooler. My pipes were also made to a custom length specification which was measured from the header exit to the rear wheel well.
Having said that, you guys with pending orders probably should follow up with George, his website now says regarding the Coolshield sidepipes ...
Due to time and work load we will not be producing any more of these until further notice.
