Supplier in the US

Hi guys
I am about to commence building my cobra (Australian Manufacturer) and am looking for an engine & gearbox. I want to put a ford 4.6 in as it is the only engine that is going to pass the new Aussie emmission standards about to be introduced (I won't be able to finish the build before they are introduced).
I have found a company on the web & ebay called Prestige Mustang in Clarkston Georgia. These guys seem to have quite a few units that fit my description.
Has anyone had any dealings with these guys? Are they reputable? I don't really want to have to fly to the states to do an inspection as it is a very expensive proposition and also don't want to get ripped off. If these guys are reputable, is their anyone in the area that would be agreeable / able to do an inspection on my behalf?
Note: 4.6 engines are very rare in Australia as Ford has an engine plant in Australia and only builds 5.4 engines (wont fit). 4.6's are all imports
