Default .030 over 390

just a question....found the build sheet for my engine and said its .030 over. what does that mean for the ci size of my engine? not a lot of other info for internals. its a 390. is it a 427 or a 428 now? forgive me for my questions but just trying to learn about my car and you guys have forgotten more than i will know about cobras!

I forget the exact calculations but you picked up about 2 cubic inches.

if I calculated correctly you have a 395.359 ci FE.

a 390 has a 4.05 bore and a 3.78 stroke
a 428 has a 4.13 bore and a 3.98 stroke
a 427 has a 4.23 bore and a 3.78 stroke

396??? Oh, thats a bad number, sounds to "GM" for my liking. Lets call it a 406, yeah, much better.
