Default Rear License Plate Bracket

Hello all,
Does anyone know where or how to attach the rear license plate on a Contemporary Cobra? On mine there isn't enough vertical room between the license plate light and the trunk latch handle. If I tried to install it under the license plate light it would cover the trunk handle and stick out some.
Also, where can I purchase a rear license plate bracket and where would I install it? I really appreciate any assistance you can provide me.

Thanks!
Charlie Malo

Slot at top, half oval at bottom or an English number plate.

I see the slot and half oval, how is the plate attached to the car?

Thanks for your help!

Make a both in your plate.
CCX made them to euro height this too little room.
Also correct to originality no bracket drill your trunk.

Smile tag bracket

I have made several out of stainless. On mine I just offset it out a little but other I offset it out pass the tag. The handle is behind the tag.
Sometime I lower the tag and sometimes I have to raise it.

Smile

You could make it out of steel and paint it.
I just like stainless and have a bunch of scrap and a welder.

I use a couple of clamps with a rubber insert to clamp around the rear bumper's top round bar. No one ever noticed or questioned it; even though the light wasn't shining on the plate. I had several officers stop me in the past and never said a word about it as they handed me a ticket.
