Hello CC,

Finally started my Cobra Project. It's a "Custom Built" CCX style cobra that has been on the shelf. I'm not starting out with much in complete parts. I hope to post the build as it progresses.

Regards,

Darrin

That's a pretty vague description of your situation.

Lol, Yes it is but very accurate..

I have very little components atm, except for the frame, jag rear end, billet lower arms, jerico 4 speed, and a 428 fe. I do have a few years of building cobras with the late Don Borders and I am working with Curt Hamilton atm on some other parts needed. This site has helped tremendously. I was hoping to get more information as well as passing on anything I can.

I'm sure most of the questions I have, have already been answered a time or 2.
The fame is basically CCX with CSX front mounting points.
Rear will run jag rear with outboard xj8 style brakes.
Midstates body.
everything else is pretty common CCX stuff.
Not sure if anyone really wants to see a build from the frame up. I know it's been done a lot.

Before spending a lot of money and time, make certain that you can get your state to issue a tittle when you are done.
