From what I understand, ccx is supposed to be pretty correct to the originals.

I'd try Unique or ERA first.

Problem with a hood is shipping.
If you are in the East ERA should do.
If you are Mid-US - Unique
If West = SPF
You could always fashion a frame and skin in alloy, not hard just a little patience needed.
