spinner 911

anyone in the NE have a spinner 911 tool that I could borrow or rent? I have a stuck spinner and need to get it off the car asap!!
I’m moving this wk and need to replace the rim

I used a floor jack pushing up on a short piece of 2x4 while hitting another ear. It worked on my stuck spinner.

The angle of the board won’t allow you to put much force on the spinner. It seemed to be enough.
