Doug,
That is the easest way to mate the body, and chassis with engine together.
It is also the way Contemporary installed the body per some old photos
that I have in an early Kit Car Mag. series on building a Contemporary
Cobra. I have installed the engine with the body in place on the frame, and
before the body is on. There is a lot less chance of damage to the body
and paint if you have the engine and trans already in place.
