Cobra Country gets the most hits, forget Ebay unless you just use the ad for advertising the car world wide for cheap. Take more shots of the car, show the dash, undercarriage, trunk, seats, etc. if the shots are as good as the ones at the beginning of this thread, it will sell quickly, especially this time of the year.

Herc offered $39,000 which I know he wants one of these, but I'd be taking huge hit. What ya think it should go for in todays market?

$45,500-$48,000 Just my humble opinion. Post it to Cobracountry at $52,000, let someone talk you down to 48K and be done with it. Or, price it on Cobra country at $49,995 and let someone talk you down to $48,000, your choice

That sounds very reasonable to me. Remember, bulls make money, bears make money, but pigs don't....

At $39,000 it almost makes me want to sell my 289FIA, that or see if the wife will let me "borrow" some funds from another savings account (other than my Bill's Toy fund")

Do I get it at the same price you originally paid for it.

Bet I could easily talk the wife into that deal.

Edit: at that price the wife just informed me it would be hers

Sorry Bill but you surely know that I was only kidding about selling EXP002. My son has informed me that he expects to inherit the car when I am to old to drive or die, whichever comes first.

Wow.... Still haven't put it up For Sale. That was over two years ago and now I have a second little girl coming next month. I think I put a total of 80-100 miles on it this year...

I think I really need to just unload it as it just sits there like a race horse that is never let out of it's stall... It's just inhumane.

Where should I advertise it and how do you guys see the Market right now?

Keith

1) Cobra Country 427 Cobra Country--Ford AC Cobra replica manufacturers SUPER-SITE and 2) It's a buyer's market; a fair number of the guys that might have bought it a few years ago are now broke.

They are supposed to be between the left front up rights. I also have one without frame numbers. I understand that not all frames and bodies that weren't sold as a set didn't have numbers.

Just looked through cobra country and seems there have been quite a few for sale lately.

I'm gonnatake it to my mechanic and get the fuel pump gaskets replaced, fuel float replaced and have a puke tank put on. Probably put the original pent roof covers back on to before I list it. The engine really is a work of art and between 4000-7000rpm it's smooth as butter. Someone will enjoy it!
