Does anyone recognize this Daytona Coupe?
I came across these photos of an aluminum-bodied Daytona Coupe replica on Flickr. The guy who took these photos didn't speak with the owner and can't identify the car. The photos were taken at an unidentified cruise-in in northern California in mid-June 2011.
Does anyone here recognize this particular car (the side mirrors are pretty uncommon)? What is it, exactly? I know the Kirkhams are building a Daytona Coupe prototype, but I'm not sure this is their handiwork. Doesn't appear to be a McClusky either. http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2570/5...7ba2659d_b.jpg http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2804/5...47de6dcb_b.jpg http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2655/5...810798e2_b.jpg |
