All my gauges are working except my fuel gauge so I removed it from my tank and was checking it's continuity etc. As it turns out I have a 22 gal fuel cell and I only put in two gallons which is hardly enough to move the needle. Gauge works fine because while I had it out and wired I rotated the cylinder so to move the float inside to different levels and my gauge reads correct. Just a little paranoid I guess.

Main body should be ready in a couple weeks (I hope) so I am going to start the body work on my doors, nose, and pontoons (which house my side pipes) and I am sending my side pipes off to be ceramic coated WHITE by Jet Hot in Oklahoma City. Seems as though things are moving albiet slowly.

Once I get my body back from the fabricator I can finalize my dash and door panels and get them off to upholstry. As with many projects you need one thing to finish the next etc. Patience Grasshopper as Mr. Miagi said.

Last info from Clois I believe was back in 2018 that it was in the shop ready for paint. That was after running into some problems with a fabricator or shop that I think led to him taking legal action to resolve. I hope all is well with Clois - he was always a nice guy with helpful and interesting posts. Hopefully someone else here has heard from or been in contact with him.
