I think the deal is really good, you can even take more. Seems to me it's a very valuable work that's not easy to find especially with autographs. I tried to find it when I was a student for my research but it's not in the public domain. Even used the service https://edubirdie.com/research-paper-help to write a pretty big piece that I couldn't find online but it was in the book. It wasn't until a couple of years later that I bought it for myself and read it with pleasure.
