Ordered my Coupe kit today
I placed an order for the Shell Valley Coupe this afternoon, Dana tells me that it may ship around the middle of June!
This looks like it will be a great project and I look forward to hearing from anyone else building a SV Coupe.

Scott:
Congratulations on selling your beautiful roadster and ordering the coupe.
There's not much on the Shell Valley wedsite about their coupe. I'd be interested in knowing what features were important to you and why you chose this over the others such as Classic/HDR and FFR. And what options are you going for and why?

Cool!!! Keep us posted on progress. I ended up with a SV only because it was for sale at the right time, right place, right price. But after dealing with SV's EXCELLENT customer service, I'd buy a new one from them without hesitation if I wanted to start another project. I'm sure you will be happy with them.

Thanks everyone,
I chose SV mostly on reputation, they have been around a long time and have many happy customers.
From what I understand the SV Coupe is much closer to the original size and shape, FFR took some liberty with the body style and while they have a great product it just wasn't what I was looking for. The HDR coupe is fantastic but out of my price range.
I ordered the Coupe pretty much bare bones, no front suspension, no interior, not much if any addional add ons. I did ask to have the hood and doors mounted and latched, also all the body cutouts completed. I also requested the 4-point roll bar option.
I am planning to build a very lively sb stroker and hope to install a efi stack system, with some other light weight componets this should be a fantastic track car that will be fun on the street also.
I am so looknig forward to getting started on this project, the shelves in my shop are already filling up with components from Summit and Ebay.
I will try to keep you all posted on the progress,
Scott S

It is getting closer......
The body is on the frame and Dana tells me that it should ship out on the 20th of June or so.
I am getting really excited

Looks great, will be interested in seeing how it goes together. Beautiful machine, but then coupes are that by nature.
I am sure you will enjoy.
