I one with ya, Ed....
Like the bumper sticker reads..."I'D RATHER PUSH A FORD THAN DRIVE A CHEVY!" I saw it in a car wash the other day....need to go back and get one for my trailer. Should piss off my buddy who's meeting us down there in McDonough next weekend....he works for GMAC and is a real GM bigot. This is the first time he will be around a bunch of car nuts, and FORD car nuts at that...should be a real eye and ear opener for him!

I don't care about the engine if it goes FAST
Fred,
You bring your buddy over to my car, as you see below my name, the Cobra make and engine. He will feel right at home. I'm glad that I will finally meet the people that go with the names on this and the other Cobra forums.
Let's get this thing along.

Yeah, Dan...That's the ticket...
I'll be sure you and Glenn meet....He'll appreciate a GM product being there.
Hey, do your fender badges say "COBRA 454 CHEVROLET"? Why not...?

Fred,
My fender badges read 427 Roadster Elegant Motors Inc. Everyone has known about the trade dress with CS for a long time. Ed, only in the 70 a major cold front , we are going to have a cold snap this weekend, instead of 88-90 it is only going to be 80-82.

Thank You Keith!
Keith, a big thanks goes out to you for the bang up job you have done for us getting the annual meeting organized. Your detailed agenda you sent out to all those registered participants was great! I'm looking forward to a really great weekend next week and I know all our members appreciate your fine efforts to make this a meeting to remember.

Jerry,
I have to agree with you, we surely picked the right guy to organize our second annual meeting. Just think what he would have done if he were an actual owner instead of still waiting. I will save my actual thanks for next weekend when I meet Keith in person.

I don't know ... I've met Keith several times and have the feeling that when he does finally become an owner, we'll not be so lucky to have these services. He'll be out enjoying his car!!! Maybe that's a good discussion item for our meeting. Always have a "still waiting" running point for our events.
Jason
PS. GREAT JOB, KEITH. No R

While I agree that all of those are fantastic, my "pump-up" music generally consists of Kickstart My Heart (Motley Crue), Ironman (Ozzy Ozbourne), and Thunderstruck (AC/DC).
And the openeing rif of Money for Nothing (Dire Straights) is not to be missed.

Leaving tomorrow morning for McDonough, GA! We should arrive by late afternoon on Thursday. I'll be at Southern Automotive most of the day on Friday to greet ya'll coming in. Please pray for NO RAIN on at least Saturday! Bring your waterproof car covers too! I packed mine a little while ago today.

WTF??
Keith,
I fail to see a southern theme, let alone a Georgia theme, in any of your so-called "pump up" selections....
Ozzy Ozbourne??? Is he from Georgia? Did he bite the head off a southern bat? Am I missing something here? And what, no hip-hop??
You and I need to have a little talk this weekend. I think you've been overworking yourself on organizing this event.

Sorry, I wasn't drawing on the Southern theme there. I was thinking more along the lines of good fast-driving music.
Okay... How about R.E.M.? Do they count?

If it rains at this years event you guys are coming really south next year where it hasn't rained for so long I'm thinking of putting in green concrete. Hell, anything that dies can be replanted and back in full growth with in a month or two, with the summer rains. I'm ready to along, and the song is Hey Little Cobra.
