Car Show in Atlanta
I'm considering going to the Hotlanta Bike & Car show in Atlanta Labor Day weekend. Thery are going to let the cobra's run the track at Senioa "The fastest 3/8 Mile Oval Track in Georgia" A couple of my friends are bring their Cars (All Cobras) and was wondering was anyone else going to the show. It would be great to have a major show of the "REAL CAR".

Bike & Car Show
It's located about 22 miles south of the airport of GA 85 South. When you get to Highway 16 you make a right and the speedway is about 4 miles up on the right.

What do you think about asphalt slick tires to play on tracks with?? Do you know what I am talking about, As soon as Doctor Bill releases my 427 as a patient (Check-Up) I would like to put the Goodyears on and try them.
Let me know if yall think about going.

The owner of Senoia - Smitty Lee - is a good friend of ours. He owns a Superformance with one of our motors. Bill has raced on the track years ago in his mustang. Very high banks. It would be great to have lots of cars there for a few parade laps.

Susan,
Is there a website for this Hotlanta car show, etc? What day would the track event be? Parade laps only from the sound of it or do I get to rub paint with Bill?

Talked to Smitty at Senoia today. No show has been finalized as of yet. It is not a track sponsored event but rather an individual promoter and is aimed primarily at those fast bikes a lot of people have now. Show event only. No racing on track. Was planned for Sunday or Monday or both. I guess Search 49 will keep us advised.

Hi Y'all. Sure would like to join you for the labor day weekend show! Deborah and I had a great time meeting you all last Saturday. The surprise of a new car went over better than I imagined. She woke up Sunday wishing the car was in our garage so we could cruise in it that day. Sorry we missed Cooley to say goodby Sat evening. It sure got late.
