TC I'm not going anywhere - the time has come - my car is being delivered Feb 8 - and my garage is looking pretty rough. I did buy some new jack stands but I have not finished sprinkling oil drops on the floor (big block envy) and I have a little bass hunter boat to sell (need the space) and tools to clean and air compressor to install and ........................
Randy
I did see those little hemi heads with the itsy bitsy valves and ports

sure c'mon
Bring whatever, its way too quiet back here!! I hope for good enough weather to have a few Cobras show up but if not, Randy can rev up his Pathfinder, or maybe borrow the wife's Porch and we can re-badge it for him and hang some pipes on it...
TC, I've got a shack out back and plenty of 2-ply for you (ply-wood that is)
I will just need to get an idea of how many to expect to lay out the place cards, tea things and finger bowls. (I figured if I didn't say it Randy would.)

The rule of thumb you're thinking of is: Torque it 'til it strips and back it a quarter.
Set out a tea cup and finger bowl for me. I might also bring a friend.

Chill - would love to come bye and help out and meet everyone. Got to know how to get there?
Toy - I can swing by Southern on the way up if you need me to pick up something for you. Its nice to live 30 minutes from them. I'll be on the Tahoe as the Cobra isn't done quite yet.

If the weather cooperates, I'm there. Will need some directions, or maybe just follow the sound of engines taching at a high RPM. I'm not used to finger bowls, but a 12 oz. beer bottle pressed to my lips is comfortable, and repeatable!!
Let me know.

chill - I have contact info for plenty of others in the Atlanta area, but I don't want to get you in trouble with the wife when 15 people show up! Let me know if you want me to call around, or I can send the list to you. Just call me if you need to. I got your email.

Just workgloves should do. Maybe some surgical one's too for the finer stuff, they're great for finger food too. You can touch everything and tell people you never layed a germ on anything. I do it ALL the time.
Ohhh, and some 2 ply.

Chill, are you still on track for the 8th? You must be climbing the walls.
And Randy, is your car really due tomorrow? Awesome!

Tony I forgot to change the signature. Both cars are being delivered together - next Sat. the 8th - and yes we are climbing the walls. Chill is just better at it than I am - he has been doing it since late November
I hope the next two weekends are like today - it will make for good unloading and a good turnout the following weekend.
