Yes Randy is out of the shop at times and since he is a one man operation(actually his son does work there) when he is not there he is closed. If he needs to go pick up parts, deliver cars or go to the doctor to sew his fingers back on he has to lock the doors. He is not out of business but he is employee challenged. Sometimes his wife will work the phones and answer the mail and e-mail but she will not stay at the shop by herself.
So you are a Harley guy. A cobra is kind of a Harley with two seats, 4 wheels and a steering wheel. Like a Harley they look sexy, sound bad ass and can back it up.
Hope to see you at the roundup and bring the Harley.

What time will the track open on Fri? Also do we have to preregister for the musem tour?
Thanks for the info. This is my first time to a Cobra event. I am really looking forward to it.

Dave Niblett,
I would like to see some more pictures of Ed's excursion. Since we were working the hairpin we couldn't see anything. I've just seen the one picture that Ed K. posted. You can e-mail them to me privately if you like
By the way, I've talked with Terry and Chris and we'll convoy down to Garlitts from Gainesville on Saturday morning. Will probably bring the truck and trailer for support (just in case). You're welcome to join us, or are your wedding plans still taking priority over the Round-Up?

Dave H,
Yeah, I think it would be best if I wasn't driving to Ocala on my wedding day. It's bad enough that I'm going to the track the day before, but I'll call it the bachelor party.
I'll Email you all the pics I have off list.

Dave
What is wrong with having the wedding at the Garlits Museum? Just think of the beautiful bride as she strolls up to you with the Cobras playing the wedding March song on their pipes. The smell of octane 93 will fill the air as you complete your vows and you will kiss your new bride after Brother Garlits pronounces you man and wife.
sounds good to me.
P.S. if you get cold feet you can still make the poker run.

Maybe Ruble could use his rumored "in" with the Hooters Girls to get them to the track and give Dave a real Bachelor's Party. They could take a lap with "Under Sea" Ed, after which we could have a wet T-shirt contest........
Better change "tracks" here -
Ed, Out of curiosity, are we planning to break into 2 or more run groups, and how many runs do you think we might get in?
Thanks!

Guys
I have no pull with the Hooters Girls..than is Johan's job. My women are out of work thanks to the Federal Government shutting down the Gold Club. Just think of all those beautiful women having to get jobs at Wal-marts. Hum maybe that is why Playboy is shooting the Girls of Wal-Mart??

Ruble,
The site is up and running and your son has done a great job on it.
Terry,
Jim Milliken wants to know if you are coming across our way on the road to the Reptile Roundup? He wants to ride up with you guys.
