Painted? Hell no. That black soot is a badge of Honor. Besides most of it came off with a little elbow grease. It takes more that a couple of seconds of hot oil fire to BBQ a fiberglass Cobra.
You make the date and I will be there to BBQ(the food that is no more BBQing cobra for me).
Ready to fill my "BIG GASHOLE AND CELEBRATE BEATING THE BABY"
P.S. JOHAN you should consider leaving the "beating the baby" part off the t-shirts. I get real funny looks from women pushing strollers thru the mall when I wear your t-shirt. Maybe we could celebrate the cookout and call it "beating the...err... meat" Oh! never mind that did not come out right and if you wife reads this we will never see Hooters girls again.

I need to save for some good tires so I can show those Poarch drivers what a toy car can do with a old worn out Exploder motor can do against their german sewing machines.

Johan-
Count me in, looks like Ruble is cruisin for a big smack-down from the sewing machine crowd! If he brings the car I'll bring the marshmellows (just kidding),
Can we chip in for track rental? I for one would be happy to participate in the expense.

Hey Meathead, it is Daisy and Jim Jones, Not Popmery. I can't come on the 29th, but a weekend would be best.

Missing the 2003 event to care for a sick friend was the most disappointing thing to happen to me this year. If it is humanly possible, I'll be there whenever you hold the next one.

Spyderman, glad at least some of your memory is intact from that weekend. I am also impressed you can tell the difference between weekend, and weekday, considering you do all the same things on a Saturday that you do on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday
JW, another sewing machine owner will join the fray and I also offer contribution. If you want, I will scout and interview Hooters girls and Polish cheerleaders . Bought a plunger today, reminded me of Polish cheerleaders .

Bring one 2.01 miles long. Track is 2.02. May end up leading a wide 911 again.

Dear Santa:
Please bring me the following for Christmas and I promise to be extra good:
1 set of Kumho Victoracer tires and wheels. Preferably new and with matching chrome valve stems
1 Halon fire suppressions system or at least a Nomex blanket to snuff out any unforeseen fires
One bumper sticker that says "my wife drives a BMW so German cars are for girls" so the Poarch drivers will not be too upset when a FPSB toy car with a Soccar mom motor blows past them down the straights.
How about some driving lessions so I can handle the car with the new zoom zoom tires.
Oh yeah just in case I get smoked (Pun intended) by the power steering, power seat, Air-conditioned, Blaupunked and fuel injected wunderKars how about some hot sauce for the Crow I will be eating while everyone else gets to eat hot wings with Johan's personal Hooters girl staff.
PS Santa don't mind the grease on the Cookies as I had to spend Christmas Eve cleaning up the underside of my car where I spilled a little oil at the last Willis Not-Race.

Johan,
Renee and I are in for either date.
Can I bring a friend?
We have a new Cobra in the Tampa area.
I'll handle bar detail again ( so long as the cute chicks request sex on the beach, fuzzy navels and B-jobs).
I'm sure Daisy Jones will take care of the grill again.
Just get out of her way boys....
I fixed the oil pressure and over-heating problems with my Cobra so I'm ready to go. I almost had to shoot myself for letting Ruble pass me at the 03 Willis races....
How humiliating ....
Let us know when you book the track and we will be there.
Definetly count us in.
Ed

Johan,
Make it the 29th-30th then tell Spyderman its July 9th and 10th
I was thinking of bringing the Cobra, but I'm afraid of getting passed by all those 3 liter P cars.
Also, we should make a new rule that you can pass Rubles car without a wave by when he is on fire

I'm finally ditching the Bimmer and joining the fun - just please let me run in group 2 next time - it was frustrating being held up by the Cobra's!
