Ruble, if Spydee violated you, you would know it!. The girls have told me so. Spydee was the guy running the yellow Lola at the Willis. Remember? 40 HP but corners like it is on rails....until it spins . The guy who would swear around your kids, but you had nothing to worry about because all his words were slurred. Ring a bell?

I remember that guy but I vaguely remember that he was part of the Johan posse so you will never know who the real Spydie is.
That Pinto powered Lola was faster around the corners than it was on the straights. Powered by centrifugal force LOL

Jeez, I go out of town for a couple of days and look what you've done to my thread.
I'm almost sure that Spidee was trying to spell Rubble, as in Barney Rubble, Fred Flintstone's sidekick, you know, Carrera John.
The fact that Spydee lives on my street and drives a Lola does not mean I like him.I never should have sold him that car, but sell it I did. Everybody on my street has a race car, which is great. I guess I started it, and my buddies spent so much time drinking beer at my house that they bought houses so they could stumble home.
I'm planning on the same deal as last year, a Tuesday Wednesday following the Porsche Owners Club(POC) Saturday Sunday. I'm not looking at a 2004 Calender, but I think my dates are the 29th and 30th of June. These dates are now reserved.
There will be a Ford group, a Porsche group, and an HSR group, with about 20 cars per group. As we get a bit closer we'll make more plans, but for now, mission accomplished as we now have a date !
Jmile hope you can make it this year.
Rick and TC, thanks for offering to share expenses, it will be much easier splitting things 3 ways.
Johan

Are you guys saying you can see my feet under the RockCobra? Darn it I thought my car was low enough that my feet were hidden from you snakes.
Next time I will bring Betty so she can peddle too.

Not one third of A Hooters girl, One third of THE Hooters Girls. No wonder you are still foot powered.

Johan,
I'll put down those dates on our calendar.
Ruble is taking some punichment here so I'll try and take the heat off him momentarily.
I know I was a slow poke last year battling a low oil pressure problem and over-heating.....
At least I got out of the Porsche's way rather than blind them with a smoke screen!
Guys, I'm ashamed to say it, but Ruble passed me....
Oh the horror!!
Not next year.. pressure problem solved, over-heating solved.
Now it's time to get in a bit of track time at Gainesville to brush up on the driving skills.
Jim, I'm looking to pass you once again, just in case you forgot about Sebring!
Johan, I may not be able to support you much financially, but please let me know if there is something I can do to help....
Outside of bartending and assisting Daisy with the cooking.
I've got two Reptile Roundup's under my belt so I've got lots of PR experience.
I have a feeling it might be needed if we let Ruble and Spidey get too close to the Hooters girls.

Pleeeeze, can I join in on the Fun?
Johan,
I know the likes of Rubble, Eng. Ed, Jim Pomeroy, and have even spoken with "The TC," along with alot of the DSCC guys here on CC.
I like hooters and even the girls too, and maybe some of those wings.
I have, and can drive a Cobra - next mission is to whump Eng.Ed and Pomeroy at the RR II. I'm getting close.
Pleeeze let me join in the fun too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MY CALENDER IS OPEN. Let me know the dates and costs and I'll promise to be on my best behavior (that can be a good or bad thing)

So do bimmers run with their German brethren? I passed a few this year to set a least a precedent. Unless I kill myself (in a car that is) before next years "improving ones driving skills event" I will be in a bonified side-oiler car.
BTW, I too am open to helping cover costs if needed. It could be viewed kind of like tithing - in accordance to one's ability though - not in TC/Johan's league!

GergiaSnake - the idea is you can run multiple groups on the same days. We need to just buy a transporter together, that way we can take all four cars down and back at once. What you say?

GS,Clacker etc.
The best way to do this is join POC for whatever the minimal dues are, and then their two day track event is only $250 ( I think). They have a website.

I'm amazed since the "L" and "R" are so far apart. Then again spyderman wasn't known for his spelling rather his beans - pento beans that is.
