Ed, we made it. Looks like Scott (my brother) lives near 54 and Collier Parkway. I think we are 10 minutes or so from you. I suppose we'll cruise over to arrive in the 2:30 timeframe. I doubt we'll hang around long after the cruise. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing some cool Cobras.

Ed,
The Cobra is loaded in the trailer and will will head out tomorrow morning about 8:00 for the trip over. I figure about 5 hours to get there + pee stops, maybe breakfast too.
See ya tomorrow
Bruce,
Piss poor excuse - take a tag off another car I've got a "Get out of Jail Free Card" I'll lend you if you get in trouble with the law.

Terry thanks for the offer but I do not think the old man will go for that. I tried.

Looks like we lost 3 Cobra's.
Bruce = DMV problems?
Robert = Unable to get engine back together in time
Tom = Bad lifter? Is trying to fix this morning.
Not likely as it's already 9:30 and lifter needs to be replaced.
So, we are down 3 Cobra's
I hope this isn't a bad sign for today.
At least the weather is going to be great.
Ed

Ed, My father waited till the last minute to get the tag for the car and did not have all the paper work CMV wanted. It was so late when he started he did not have time to go back.
Again really sorry this was something I really wanted to get to.

Hey folks, that was a great ride today. I appreciate ya'll letting Scott and I jump in. It's going to be tough getting back to the chilly Atlanta weather. The weather was perfect and the road course was awesome. You guys are in a great location for Cobra activities. This is certainly worth coming back for. Thanks again.

Tony,
I am so glad you had a great time.
We get together at least once every 6 weeks for the "Tour de-Pasco.
Great bunch of guys we have in the Tampa area.
For instance: Robert was up till 3:00am Friday night getting his engine together for us. Wow, dedication!
All in all, we had 12 Cobra's for the cruise and I think about 46 folks all together for the party. My wife was very happy and loved the party I arranged for her.
Wow, 46 people and I still have left-overs.... How did that happen?
Many Many thanks to the wonderful friends I have for helping me stage this suprise party.
Daisy, you by far deserve the most credit for the delicious food.
I knew that you would do a wonderful job and you exceeded my expectations.
Thanks to Robert, Debbie and Chester for also donating thier time to assist Dasiy and for planning the "Tour-de-Pasco".
Again, thank you all so much for attending and wishing Renee a happy birthday.
Terry, thank you for making the long trip from West Palm.
You see, it's friends like these that make me so glad I am part of the Deep South Cobra Club.
Ed

Ed,
Thanks for the Cobra Bash birthday party. It was nice seeing the locals and also meeting new friends.
Tony,
It was nice meeting you and your brother, I just wish I had brought along darker sunglasses when viewing your engine.
I had a great time.
Dan
