There is a 40 % chance of showers each day and the high will be around 90 each day, so plan accordingly.
I drove my Cobra today in the rain trying to get it to the transporter, and I was lucky enough to find a bridge or gas station canopy to stop under each time it rained (poured). it was actually fun , no worse than cruising on a Harley, and I stayed pretty dry.
I hope you are having more fun than I am, packing up and trying to get the crap that I have forgotten or put off until the last minute.
only a couple of days to go...

Did not have time to install the roll bar-more involved than first thought. Have seat, harnesses, new engine. DID run it at a Panoz school at road Atlanta and NHRA Commerence drag strip as it is (before the new engine).
I assumed I cold not run with out the roll bar, correct?

Chip, that car, coupled with the fact that you spun three times last year, requires a roll bar. Sorry man.

For the record: Only had one off courcse excoursion last year-and that was NOT a spin. Just a short cut through the esses to scrub off speed after going in too hot You may be thinking of the Cobras! cb

John, I know Norman, and Sarge at the track can make this work. Can we do a chop/cut/rebuild aka Monster Garage and attach a mower deck to Norman's car. He will have the outfield and infield grass cut and trimmed and finish the race all at once. Plus it may slow him down a bit.

I don't see what's so funny. I hear Phil Donohue was pretty fast back before Oprah.
