title and car registration

the cobra i am buying has never been titled.I need to know how to go about registering in pennsylvania ,so I can be exempt from emissions.would like a classic or 1965 or collectable tag if that is possible

see your first post. Forget trying to do something highly illegal like registering the car for what it is not, or asking for help in doing something illegal in your home state.

if its not legal i wouldnt do it. as most of the states are cracking down on cars illegally registered. i know california has started recalling plates titles and registrations. because cars are not being registered right. like 65 cobra with antique plates. not goood. these cars and not antiques. register them as they are
