Need some advise from DSCC Florida

My daughter and her husband has found a resort in Ft. Myers they intend to rent over the 4th of July weekend (6/30-7/5) at a hotel called "DiamondHead". Do any of you have an opinion or information on this hotel. It looks nice from the pictures I have seen.

DiamondHead is a fairly new high rise structure on Fort Myers Beach. New is always good. As I have never stayed there I can't tell you much more than that.
