Default No problem raceway July 14 or July 21??

Guys & Gals I am looking for a few cobras, race cars, rickshaw owners that want to go to No Problem Raceway on July 14th or July 21st and have a track day. We can run up to 5 cars on the track at one time and the course is about 1.8 miles long and includes the dragstrip as a straightaway. A friend of mine wants to rent the track and have say 20 to 25 cars show up for laps. The cost per car if 20 show up is less than $100. That is very cheep and this is supposed to be a nice track.

We need to pick a day so let me know by e-mail aumoore@bellsouth.net

Here is a link to the track layout

Ok this will be July 14th at no problem raceway. We can allow up to 5 cars on the track at one time and we are looking for 10 to 15 cars. Does not have to be a Cobra.

I live right there in Baton Rouge. If you can get enough cars, I'm definitely in.

Unique
My friend is booking this so he can run his new SCCA D-Sport race car so it is a go. Please e-mail me your info so I can get in touch with you. You have any other Cobra Guys or other HP car interested???? We need about 10-15 cars to help Gary out with the cost.

I run the race series there and would be interested in some test time......I can not confirm right now as I'm heading to VIR for the 4th weekend with my race car.........I can let you know when I return, should be the 5th or 6th, if my car is still running!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice track, nice facilities, five cars on track is enough and you'll get all the track time you want.......we rented the track for an afternoon and had 10 cars and the last hour or so, there were never more than 2 cars on track at a time.........

Damit Rubble,
Here I am stuck up in the mountains with all the "broken back boys," and you start planning all sorts of fun. Wish I could say I can make it but Carol says I need to work on the house.

David
Hope you can make it. We ned about 5 to 7 Cobras(Stangs, Vettes etc) along with the 5-7 Spec Racers to make this worth it.

So Far I have Unique, Myself and maybe David.

Terry you need to stay away from those mountain boys with your "Prety Mouth".

Does anyone know how to contact Lee Tilton?

Yo Ruble,

I know at least three Lee Tiltons (II, III and IV). On the theory you mean the one in LA, look for TeamFour on the CACC site at:

http://www.capitalareacobraclub.com/

Hope this helps,

Tom.

Aumoore;

E-mail me at cda351@bellsouth.net and if you do not mind, give me a phone # and I'll caLL you...........we have a small "crew" here of about 10 or so guys that rent the track from time to time for testing and what not, I could contact them and see how many cars I could get, we usually go about 10 to 15 cars and have all the track time anyone wants............

We have run with others, but now have our "little crew" down to these guys, we all get along real good and we have not had any "on track" problems with these guys, that's why we go together.......no egos,just guys needing some track time for testing and having fun........

we/they only allow passing on the front straight for safety purposes and the guys are all respectful of each other, we always try to go out with cars that run similar lap times, so no one holds up or gets in anyone else's way, so far we have been successful.........

I can call our guys tonite and pass the word around and see how many cars we can get, let me know if this is o-k and about how many cars you will need..............

PS: we have had as many as 20 cars for a full day track rental and everyone had all the track time they could stand, 15 cars is no problem............

Thanks;
David
