I can name that song in 3 notes! It will be very interesting to see what effect the "elements" have on the alloy cars and the maintenance required. Somehow I imagine Turk will con Evan into keeping that metal bright, I don't know how, but rest assured, if it can be done, The Mediterranean Love God will find a solution!

shhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
YOU GUYS NEED TO KEEP THE NOISE DOWN WHILE I AM TRYING TO SLEEP ONE OFF
I HAVE INDEED FOUND AN ANTIDOTE FOR RAKI AND WILL BE BRINGING SEVERAL BOTTLES OF ABERLOUR TO THE FLING.... AND YES I WILL BE THERE THIS TIME. I WILL BE DESPERATELY TRYING TO MAINTAIN MY RAFFLE RECORD. SO FAR I AM BATTING 1,000 ON THE RAFFLES THAT I HAVE BEEN AT THE FLING.
TRYING TO KEEP BLACKJACK IN LINE IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE MY GREATEST CHALLENGE. AFTER ALL, I WAS THE ONLY PERSON OTHER THAN JACK THAT KNEW WHAT RAKI WAS AT THE FIRST FLING...GO FIGURE. I GUESS THAT IT'S BECAUSE JACK AND I BOTH HAVE ATTENDED SOCIAL FUNCTIONS IN SOME VERY STRANGE PARTS OF THE WORLD
I LOOK FORWARD TO THIS AND HAVE RESERVED ROOMS IN ALL THE AREA MOTELS JUST IN CASE WE PARTY TOO HARD. YOU NEVER CAN BE TOO PREPARED
UNTIL THEN,,,CHEERS

Raki ??????
Come on now. How good is that Raki stuff...really ????
Down here we got some Alabama 'Shine so good it'll melt the chrome off a trailer hitch. Anything less would be a great disappointment.
Y'all take it easy now, Brett

This year I expect wine and cheese to be served.
The failure to serve same last year was a glaring omission. Dreadful.

Sir Real1,
My deepest and most humble apologies! I will not let this major oversight, on my part, lead to the devastation of the Fling!
Please allow me to provide you the proper brand and vintage bottle of wine and of course the appropriate head of cheese!
I will of course provide you with a private small round table for the party Friday night, complete with red checkered table cloth, a candle in a bottle with dried drippings of wax all around, and of course a violinist, complete with violin!
What would I like in return? A ride in that sweet lil Cobra of yours!
DV...See you in June!

Don't spoil him too much DV. It's taken us two years to get him into shape!

What is all this garbage I am reading on various threads about fine beverages and not one mention of a good single malt or stout. Wine and cheese? Johnny Blue? And if you wanna get low I vote for some Mickey Big Mouths. No lite beers need apply.
BTW, I got yer sleep deprivation. Got home an hour ago and still haven't decided whether I should stay up or take a nap before the games start. Steak and eggs for breakfast is sounding really good right now.

HEY BRETT - - -
BRING ON YOUR 'BAMA "MOONEY". I LOVE THAT STUFF. I GREW UP ON THE WEST VIRGINIA VARIETY. MAKES A REAL GOOD MOUTHWASH SO YOU CAN APPRECIATE THE RAKI.
JUST FOR THE RECORD: ONE DOES NOT "SNORT" RAKI - A GENTLEMAN "DRINKS" THE RAKI (IN LARGE GULPS) AND HE "SNORTS" TEQUILLA.
JAY NORDSTROM AND I WILL BE CONDUCTING CLASSES ON THE PROPER WAY TO CONSUME RAKI AND TEQUILLA. THE CLASSES ARE HELD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT AND GENERALLY COMMENCE ABOUT 10:00 PM AND RUN UNTIL - - WELL, UNTIL - - - I DON'T RIGHTLY REMEMBER BUT THE SUN IS USUALLY UP.
PREVIOUS DISTINGUISHED GRADUATES AT THESE COURSES INCLUDE: TURK, JAMO, ERA 535, DANNY B. AND OTHERS. THE "MAGNUM- COME-LOUDER" GRADUATE LAST YEAR WAS EVAN. PAT B. AND I OUTLASTED EVAN BY ONLY A VERY FEW MOMENTS.
WATCH OUT FOR EVAN - - HE'LL SAND-BAG YOU. THAT GUY CAN "DO SOME BOOZE".
GAWD - I CAN'T WAIT FOR DVSF III. I NEVER DRINK UNLESS I'M THERE. (YEAH - - RIGHT).
Y'ALL HAVE A REALLY GREAT DAY,
BLACKJACK (AKA - THE RIGHT COAST DISTRIBUTOR OF EXOTIC SALUBRIOUS LIBATIONS)

Damn, you're right Blackjack--I forgot that worm holding on for dear life at the bottom of the bottle...
Let's not forget Wilf--another sandbagger. But you're right, LNP and Evan (besides yourself) were bottomless pits--at least that's what I heard. I was in a coma by then. I just remember the Gasholes dragging butt the next morning to the auction...
