So many things to do, so little time. Jay, Steve and I spent the day playing with the most fantastic Cobra ever made. A very, very special Cobra from some very, very special people. Then a lot of very special people donated hundreds, if not thousands of dollars worth of parts to bring this special Cobra to completion.
It truly is an honor to do the final assembly. I wish everyone of you could be here to help, clean it up, wipe off the dust, and bring it to life for the first time. It's almost ready to make it's maiden voyage. We'll be sure to keep you posted on the final stages!
Just sends chills down your spine doesn't it?
Now, after months and months of problems we finally have this years T-shirt design done and approved! There will be Lady's Tank Tops this year, kid sizes, really cool Polo Shirts, shirts with pockets, of course Hats and my favorite, coffee mugs! All of these will be on sale at the web site by next week and of course at the Fling as well!
Ok, what have I forgot? How about the hottest Oldies radio Station in Columbus is backing the DVSF III this year. Starting in about a week they will be running advertisements right up until the Fling! They might even drop in for a live remote or two over the 3 days of the Fling. Tune in 107.9 when you get in the area! Better yet, if you want I will post their address and directions, when you come into town drive around the station a couple of times and make sure they can hear you!
