A couple of seconds:
- Hooters Girls, I think I can make that happen
- No one special needed - Got to second no one required. There are enough special people. If some celeb of sorts wants to attend let them do so on their own nickle. Don't spend a dime on them! We will buy them a beer

I agree with Marc Walker: I'd like to see more manufacturers represented at DVSF IV. SPF had a display the last two years. Yeah, they're local, but they showed up and supported the event. I believe there was one other manufacturer there but can't recall who they were. Last year, ERA had a display and FFR sent one of their engineers with his own car. Midstates was there with a car, but no display that I saw. Maybe one or two more and even SAI had a display. I'd like to see one street with nothing but manufacturers' displays so people who are interested in purchasing a car can come to this event to find the information they need. I went to DVSF II to shop for a car and, at DVSF III, a guy came up, introduced himself, said he was there to shop for a car and asked whether he could hitch a ride to London. Manufacturers: I really think you're missing some great exposure by not displaying at Spring Fling!

After (of course) the Hooters girls dream team...
Leno owns a Cobra. Invite him! I know he showed up at Sturgis a couple years ago...

Sure Bill,
Let's invite 'ol CS. Are you going to bring all the masking tape too so that we can cover the Cobra emblems on the car.

Don't forget, a big name might be a draw and more cash for CF....

I think Ron might be right, I'm not so sure a "big name" will be "that much" of a draw in terms of people who show up. But it would be fun and an added benefit!

Nope, because as a private citizen, I purchased them through a licensed retailer, then placed them on my car of choice (I used to have a Shelby logo on my Jeep). Since I bought and paid for legal merchandise, I can pretty much place the emblems on any car I choose.

I think the Ripchords said "We'll need a bigger stage for next year".
DV could confirm but from what I've read here they will be back.

Nick Mason, drummer in Pink Floyd. In his extensive car collection, he does not have a Cobra, might give him the incentive to add to the stable.......
International recognition for the event
Nick recorded the CD " The Sounds of Goodwood " 50 minute CD of classic racers recorded at full throttle and is interviewed by Simon Taylor. He also authored the book with Mark Harris " Into the Red ", Nick's personal experience with 21 of his classic sports cars, includes Ferrari, Porsche, Maserati, Jaguar, Aston Martin......., but no Cobra

I'd really like to see Jenny there this year-- the cookies and Jenny were the inspiration for this.
Keep her in your thoughts and prayers--
