Hats Off To Ed(dv)combs
I have to tip my hat to Ed , the Combs family and the other tireless volunteers for providing another great Spring Fling. After spending a great deal of time planning DVSF IV, canceling the event and then start from scratch in a short period of time, they were able to out do themselves again.
Ed, Randy and crew,
You guy's are amazing. Our group from Michigan and everyone else we talked to had the best time. Sorry to see that Jenny couldn't make it, but the news of her experimental treatments is definately a step in the right direction.

DV, family, and volunteers,
Thanks for all your hard work on the fling. It was much appreciated! We especially liked the poker run. We will be back next year for another good time. If you have an e-mail address for London, we would also like to thank them.

Ed and Randy, thanks for your hard work.
The Boyce Family and the Windy City Cobra Club (Hope we did not cause to much trouble!)
BTW, where exactly were the two nice police officers at Deer Creek? Never did see them, and the Food and Beverage guy from Deer Creek needed a decent ride! He seemed to love my ride, wish one of you guys with a little more power, a little more testosterone and a few more break in miles could have taken him out. We probably would have gotten steak and lobster next year!

dv, randy and family. WOW what an experience. this was julie and my first year for the spring fling, and man we loved it. i still cant believe main street in london. all the smokin cobras. but anyways my hats off to you guys. i can appreciate all the hard work. the poker run was a blast. i have never seen so many thumbs up. and the police escort was a BLAST. we met a lot of nice people and met a lot of new friends. also the police dept was greatly appreciated. we were coming back from bogies after dark, and we were running around 80 ish and looked over in the passing lane and guess what ? wooooh columbus pd i just glanced over and he was just smiling and gave us the thumbs up He then went up ahead and cruised with Brian a min, then up with michael and tracy, we kept waiting for something to happen LOL. scared the chit out of me for a moment! but we just had a great time and plan on being there next year thanks again Neil and Julie in Maine

ANOTHER great Spring Fling! Hundreds of Cobras, beautiful weather during the days, crowds of friendly and enthusiastic people, lots of tire smoke... could it get any better?
It was great to get together with everybody in such a relaxed atmosphere for three days. I'm ready to start planning for next year.
JP: Sorry I missed you. I didn't know where to look for you so I left you a note on my car seat in London. Maybe you were too busy filming to get around. Well...there's always next year.
Gary and Debbie: Great to see you folks again after being unable to locate you for a year due to my spelling error! Hope you folks didn't get caught in that traffic mess at I39 and I88. I took one look at that and kept going north to 38. I thought I might see you folks again on the road but I guess you were just too fast for me!
All the Windy City folks: What a great time! It was so much fun to get together with everybody. Now I know what my mother told me is true...that some of those Chicago women can be a bad influence!
DV, staff and the people of London: THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this happen! This was my third and best Spring Fling. I very much hope we can do it again next year.

Amazing job considering only 87 days! It was great to stay at the hotels this time and get the opportunity to meet and spend more 'face time' with those whom I have met here. Watch for a lot of great DVSFIV stories to come!

My hat's off to Ed, Randy and the rest of the Combs family and all the "event staff" workers who pulled off another fling weekend. No wonder we all return year after year.... just to see if you can out do yourself!!!
I know next year will be a lot tougher, but we're all out here waiting for the call to help in any way we can.
Thanks again....

I missed the Fling for the first time this year. An unexpected surgery intervened and my 5 days in the hospital included the 3 Fling days. Man, did I miss being over there! From the pictures and stories, it sounds as though a good time was had by all. Keep the stories and pictures coming. I'm already anxious for next year.
