Default LeMans Hardtop for ERA

Any interest for a LeMans hardtop to fit the ERA 289 cars, FiA/Slab?

Could possibly be interested. Need some sun protection due to skin cancer - sunblock is kind of limited in protection. How readily do they come off? Was looking at a real nice convertible top - doesn't rattle etc - they make them for the FRR cars as an upgraded top option for $2500. Won't fit the ERA so it's a full blown custom top at $5000. Too much $$$. Any details?

I am working on one for the FiA, so it should fit the Slab also, as for the 427 , yep ,can do that one too, but, I need your car here to see if it fits. Price?, no idea yet, but less than $2500

The rear quarters a on the FIA and ERA slabside are different, specifically (as it relates to the top) the curve of the top of the fender. It is slightly more abrupt due to the narrower track of the slabside (1" narrower) than that of the ERA FIA. Some "fettling" may be required.

Rickd....FWIW the hard top I got is bar far one of the best decisions I made when I got my car. I would die driving the car around in the Arizona sun without a top, and I think it looks awesome to boot! Although I did not get mine from mr bruce (picked it up used from a fellow cc member) and it is a regular top, not a LeMans, I would think most are basically the same, it has two bolts on the rear corners and two clips to the windshield frame.

AZ - I like the look of the "regular" top vs the Lemans. The "regular" top shows the lines of the body .. just looks better to me.

Mr. Bruce .... any chance of a "regular" hard top as in Azford's car?? If I put a hard top on it's going to be for the majority of the daylight driving. The "regular" top - still shows the beautiful lines of the FIA body. The Lemans - to me - overwhelms the body. Thanks, Rick.
