ERA Footbox measurements or pictures

I've got my eye on a 289 FIA, however, the following picture has me concerned about foot room.

It appears that the owner of this one may have bent his brake pedal up and to the right (why I have no idea) and that would make it a tight fit for my size 10.5ee foot. Need to compare some additional foot boxes with this one just to play it safe.

Anyone have the time to duplicate a shot or two (notice where his tape measure is located) for me would be greatly appreciated.
