So what compression you going to make this 347? Webers from the GT40?

I always wanted to do a FIA small block with kick ass high compression and webers.....they sound so cool. Probably should of done that with my Kirkham FIA years ago.

Gary

Static compression is 10.40.

Will NOT be using the GT40 carbs. Those were IDF. I have a set of IDAs from Jim Ingelese for the Cobra. Now if I just had an engine to put them on . . . .

That motor sounds like a gem. If I ever do another cobra a short stroke 347 would be the motor .. either a Boss block or one of the aftermarket alternatives. The motor in my ERA FIA is a KC 331 Stroker with AFR 165`s. Great little motor on the street and really wakes up at 3000 rpm.
