...of course, the not so good conversations begin at about 12:05.

Jim

PS: If truth be told, ERA puts on quite a spread. It's an opportunity to meet other ERA owners, take a tour and speak with all the elves (and trolls) who crank out the toys.

Wait. So the day you're suppose to start work on my new car is the annual Christmas party? Please tell the guy welding the frame to go easy on the Eggnog!

So if anyone sees signs of a new build starting, send pictures. Peter said mine was scheduled to start on the 20th.

Thanks,
Kent

"Uhhh, that frame rail looked straight when I was welding it.... Maybe he can use it for circle track."

Cobra cookies are on the way. If the weather dries out the roads we might just take both cars out. Not liking the salt on the roads though. It will be fun as always and drinking is usually limited to the welders! LOL

Hard to believe it's been a year already since I picked up my car - during the ERA Christmas party. We had a bit of a rocky start when we got there - blew a tire on the trailer in the parking lot. The ERA guys had the trailer jacked up and the spare tire mounted in no time - in the rain. Then, the lock on the trailer was jammed, rusted shut or whatever. I said "Hmmm, guess we're going to have to cut it off". A couple minutes later, the ERA guys had the lock cut off. It got better from there and we got the car loaded and home in one piece. Well, actually lots of pieces and boxes...

If you're able to get there, it is a good time with lots of good food and people. Wish I could make it up there again this year.

I took some video of these two guys. I think they're friends of Jim.
