B/W photos of #782
Playing around with a new camera and after seeing a few vintage black & white photos of older cars I thought I would try this out on my ERA.

MIGHTY SWEET!
The old saying: "once you go black, you never go back" could certainly apply. |
Beautiful!!! (the first 6 pics, that is :3DSMILE: . The others are ok)
|
Thanks. Yes, I agree the black and white just doesn't look right with newer cars.
How about a 67 GTX instead? http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p...psmksb1myu.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p...psqhitgfgv.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p...ps163ykwrk.jpg |
Very nice!

B+W shots look great, I agree. Really suits 'period' subjects....and you've got some good subjects there.
I've been playing with B+W a little too on scenery shots; some come out looking a bit average, but some look sensational. Definitely worth experimenting! Cheers, Glen |
That ERA is spectacular. Love it.

Here's a look at an ERA S/C (my old #594) for some comparison..

Dan,
I agree that the B&W effect works better with the older style cars. What you have to do now is get a photo of the cobra at a hamburger stand... |
Very nice pictures and the black and white really makes the Cobra and older cars look more correct to me.

Thanks guys. Yes, the hamburger drive in would be a great idea. Wish we had an old fashioned one around here.
