I realize the Shelby is a Superformance with a $40K CSX tag added to it and the ERAs build quality and attention to detail plus having it built to my spec is my real draw towards it.
Once I get my final price on the ERA I'll have a a better idea which way I'll go. Thanks for all the information as its been extremely helpful.

A counter thought, when the current craftsmen at ERA go into retirement, or sadly pass, how much do you expect ERAs will appreciate?
Buy the product that YOU believe is best, not what you believe others think may, or may not appreciate. I reckon you'll enjoy it more, and it will bring you a better return in the end. Just my humble opinion.
