Manufacturers ID Plate

I'm looking at a ERA Cobra and was wondering what all the info scratched on the small aluminum plate on the drivers side engine compartment means? Can anyone decipher it? It looks like it's just scribed with an awl. Some of it makes sense other is a mystery. Does anyone know?
