Smith Guages
Just ordered a new ERA 427 S/C, I currently have ERA 626 that will be for sale in spring. I love the look of the smith gauges but... Does any one know of a company that can use the Smith gauge but fit the speedo internals with electronic trigger or GPS tech?

Smiths gauges are also available directly from the manufacturer, Caerbont.
Their website says that all gauges are available as mechanical or electrical.

I've sourced gauges from both Nisonger in NY and Caerbont in Wales (UK) and both are easy to deal with.
Cheers,
Glen

After dealing with Nisonger, I would never do business with Peter again. Do yourself a favour call Neil at Caerbont, he is across the pond, but easier to get a hold of than Peter at Nisonger. This is my experience. I think you will be a happier customer calling Caerbont.

All the UK prices from the likes of Holden and Demon Tweeks, et,al. Are better than Nisonger for sure.

I've dealt with Peter at Nisonger and found him very accomodating.
I've also dealt with Neil at Caerbont, and found him extremely accomodating.
Dealing with the manufacturer (that's Caerbont) gave me access to things like a 30°-100° water temp gauge for my 289 rather than settling for the later 40°-140° 427 water temp gauge that Nisonger supplied.
At other times Neil also shipped small items (eg bezels) free of charge. Absolutely great customer service
Cheers,
Glen
